1. On your homepage, the “Clients” box under Contact Manager allows you quick access to your clients. 
  2. Names in this category will be separated into 3 groups: submitted, issued, and lapsed/cancelled
  3. Click the blue number next to “Submitted” to display all names with a status of submitted. Names updated from the new business uploads are automatically changed to this status. 
  4. Click the blue number next to “Issued” to see names with the status of Client.
  5. Click the blue number next to “Lapsed/Canceled” to see names that have had their status changed to Lapsed or Cancellation.
